HAPS Guidelines

With the LHINs now assuming full responsibility for planning, funding and integrating health services, hospitals will submit their Hospital Annual Planning Submission (HAPS) to their LHIN for approval. This year, the HAPS and the resulting hospital-SAA (Service Accountability Agreements) will cover a two-year period.
