Annual Service Plans

Each LHIN has developed an Annual Service Plan, which outlines how they will implement the health care strategies and objectives for their communities. The ASPs are aligned with the Ministry's vision and mutually agreed-upon Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreements as well as the Integrated Health Service Plans (IHSPs).
