Ministry-LHIN Performance Agreements

Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care negotiate and sign performance agreements.  Agreements define the obligations and responsibilities of both the LHIN and the ministry over a defined period of time. The Minister of Health and Long-Term Care and each Local Health Integration Network Chair initially signed these agreements in 2007.  They have been revised annually and the most recent version is posted on each LHINs individual website. Please follow the links below.
