Survey Said: Patient Experience Survey
The Patient Experience Survey is now closed. We appreciated the opportunity to learn from patients, families and caregivers.
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey.
LHINs are listening to patients, families and caregivers to better understand how they experience the health care system.
Through the Patient Experience Survey, we heard from people in communities across Ontario about how patients experience the health care system. You are helping us to build a health care system that is even more responsive to patients’ needs.
Ontario’s 14 LHINs (Local Health Integration Networks) are provincial agencies responsible for planning, integrating and funding local health care. Each is committed to using the knowledge and experience of local patients, caregivers and families to improve the health system.
Feedback collected through the survey will help identify opportunities and provide guidance around health care system improvement. Sharing what you experienced will help us to identify priorities, allocate resources and plan services that improve the health care system for everyone.
Your perspective is important to us.
The Patient Experience Survey had questions related to your health care experiences, and was designed with input from patients themselves. We anticipate results from the survey will provide valuable insight into the patient experience at the local LHIN-level and throughout Ontario.
